Product Overview
The regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) is a high-efficiency system for industrial VOC treatment and air emission control. It destroys organic pollutants through high-temperature oxidation and recovers heat to reduce energy consumption.
The RTO system is widely used across multiple industries. It provides stable performance, high destruction efficiency, and reliable long-term operation for medium- to large-airflow applications.
Key Features
The burner module, as the core of the RTO system, directly impacts operational stability. A low-NOx, high-efficiency burner improves combustion performance by optimizing air-to-fuel ratio and flame conditions. This design reduces energy consumption and secondary emissions.
Backed by over 30 years of RTO design and operation experience, the system integrates safety measures such as emergency exhaust dampers and fresh air supply. The combustion chamber remains connected to the atmosphere at all times, which reduces pressure buildup and improves overall system safety with fewer auxiliary safety components.
A four-valve structure with two actuators simplifies operation and maintenance. Valve switching time is less than 1 second, supported by active sealing for automatic leak compensation. Combined with optimized canister performance, the system achieves VOC destruction efficiency above 99.5%, with stable emission levels.
Airflow simulation is applied to analyze gas distribution and flow patterns inside the combustion chamber. This supports more accurate chamber design and improves overall system performance.
The structure is verified using finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate stress distribution, displacement, and mechanical strength. This approach supports a design that balances safety, durability, and cost efficiency.
The system integrates data monitoring and remote access via VPN, enabling real-time parameter tracking and remote diagnostics. Operational data can be collected and analyzed for improved system management and predictive maintenance.
