VOCs Treatment

Catalytic Oxidizer (CO)

Low-temperature catalytic oxidizer designed for energy-efficient VOC removal with significantly reduced fuel consumption.

Product Overview

Catalytic Oxidizer (CO)

The Catalytic Oxidizer is an efficient and environmentally friendly waste gas treatment system. It uses a catalyst to convert harmful substances in exhaust gas into harmless compounds at relatively low temperatures. Compared with other exhaust gas treatment technologies, it offers high destruction efficiency, low energy consumption, and flexible application across different industrial processes.

It is suitable for treating low to medium concentration VOCs (100–500 ppm), including benzene, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, esters, phenols, ethers, and alkanes. The system achieves a destruction efficiency of over 95–98% under stable operating conditions.

This system is widely used in industries such as painting, printing, electronics, cable manufacturing, and coatings. It is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized drying lines, surface treatment processes, and curing operations, where consistent control of low to medium concentration organic emissions is required.

Key Features

Low Energy Consumption

The catalytic oxidizer system requires 45–60 minutes of preheating at startup using electric or gas heating. After reaching the reaction temperature, energy use is limited to the fan and minimal heating power. The system adjusts heating output automatically based on inlet VOC concentration, with 0–100% modulation control.

Low Pressure Drop and High Efficiency

The oxidizer uses honeycomb ceramic catalysts coated with precious metals such as palladium and platinum. The large surface area supports long service life. Within the effective lifespan, the system achieves 95–98% VOC removal efficiency.

Compact Design and Low Investment

Our equipment integrates a high-efficiency heat recovery exchanger, reduces overall system size to about 70–80% of comparable systems. No special foundation is required. This design lowers both capital investment and operating costs.

Safe and Reliable Operation

The system includes integrated safety controls such as fresh air inlets, flame arrestors, explosion relief panels, and over-temperature alarms. It supports interlocked control with production lines and remote operation.

Waste Heat Recovery

Recovered heat from the catalytic oxidizer is used to preheat incoming exhaust gas, reducing overall energy demand. It can also be reused for other process heating applications.

Flexible Operation

The unit is designed for both continuous and intermittent production. Startup and shutdown are flexible, with a one-touch control interface for simplified operation.
