Product Overview
The direct fired thermal oxidizer (DFTO) is designed for high-concentration VOC treatment and industrial exhaust gas control. It uses auxiliary fuel such as natural gas or diesel to raise the temperature of combustible gases to 816–1,000°C, where pollutants are destroyed through high-temperature oxidation.
The system achieves destruction efficiency above 99%. Recovered thermal energy can be reused for heat transfer oil, steam, hot water, or hot air systems, supporting energy savings and process integration.
A typical DFTO system includes a steel chamber, refractory insulation, burner system, blower, optional heat recovery unit, control panel, and exhaust stack. It is widely used in industries with high VOC concentration or complex exhaust streams.
