Dust-Free Feeding Station

The dust-free feeding station is designed for manual bag dumping and controlled powder discharge into a closed system. Operators manually open and unload bags into the equipment. A negative-pressure dust collection system removes airborne particles generated during the feeding process. This prevents dust leakage and eliminates dust pollution compared with traditional feeding methods.

The system is widely used in food processing, new energy lithium battery production, the chemical industry, and other powder handling applications. It supports both single-point feeding and multi-point conveying systems. Optional screening and vibration functions improve material flow and support downstream pneumatic or pipeline transport.
