Application Overview
This project was developed for VOC emission control in polystyrene production processes.
The treatment system is designed to manage volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated during polymer production and related manufacturing operations. Effective VOC treatment helps reduce atmospheric emissions and supports compliance with environmental requirements.
System Configuration
The system adopts a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) for high-efficiency VOC treatment.
The RTO system destroys organic pollutants through high-temperature thermal oxidation and recovers heat through regenerative ceramic media, helping to improve energy efficiency while maintaining stable VOC abatement performance.
