Application Overview
This project was developed for VOC emission control in plastic manufacturing processes.
The treatment system is designed to handle volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated during plastic production and material processing operations. Effective treatment of VOC emissions helps reduce environmental impact and supports cleaner production conditions.
System Configuration
The system adopts a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) for thermal destruction of VOC emissions generated during plastic manufacturing.
The RTO system oxidizes organic pollutants at high temperatures and utilizes regenerative ceramic heat storage technology to improve thermal efficiency and reduce operating energy consumption.
