Exhaust Gas Treatment System for Coatings Manufacturing

The system is designed to treat volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and particulate dust generated during coating, mixing and material handling operations. These emissions typically include solvent vapors and fine dust particles produced in industrial coating production environments.

Project Overview

Industry: Coatings Manufacturing

Completion Date: 2023

Airflow Capacity:

10,000 NCMH Activated Carbon Adsorption Unit

7 × Cartridge Dust Collectors (3,000 NCMH each)

Pollutants: Coating-Related VOCs and Particulate Dust

Treatment System: Activated Carbon Adsorption System + Cartridge Dust Collection System

Application Overview

This project was developed for exhaust gas treatment in coatings manufacturing processes.

The system is designed to treat volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and particulate dust generated during coating, mixing and material handling operations. These emissions typically include solvent vapors and fine dust particles produced in industrial coating production environments.

System Configuration

The treatment system consists of an activated carbon adsorption unit and multiple cartridge dust collectors operating in parallel.

The activated carbon system is used for adsorption of low-concentration VOC emissions, while the cartridge dust collectors capture fine particulate matter generated during production processes. The combination ensures efficient control of both gaseous and solid pollutants in coating manufacturing applications.
