Project Overview
Industry: Electronics Manufacturing
Airflow: 35,000 NCMH
Pollutant: Acetone (VOC)
Treatment System: Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
Application Overview
This project was developed for VOC emission control in electronics manufacturing processes.
The system is designed to treat acetone emissions generated during production and processing operations. These emissions are classified as volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and require high-efficiency thermal oxidation treatment to meet environmental standards.
System Configuration
The system adopts a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) for efficient destruction of acetone VOC emissions.
The RTO system oxidizes organic pollutants at high temperature and uses regenerative ceramic media to recover heat, enabling stable and energy-efficient operation under continuous industrial conditions.
